Self-customization of products

You will find companies saying their products cover certain needs. Bold statement example could be: “I know what you need, and I’m going to give it to you”. Sometimes it will be right, but some others…will not! The only one that knows what the client wants it is the client itself!

We define quality in many different ways. If you ask a bunch of people to tell you what element they consider the most important one in a smartphone we would have many different answers: a trendy design, SD card slot, easy-to-use interface or even a qwerty keyboard.

What if we let customers self-customize products according to their preferences?

At My Muesly you first select a base, then you refine it and last, you add fruits, nuts and extras. The base product cover your basic needs but then, each customer can make his own product. They have customizing muesly since 2007
